BallBuster HARD!

Phil NaroLead vocalist Phil Naro's impressive track record includes being recruited by Billy Sheehan to front and record with his legendary band TALAS ("Live Speed On Ice" on Relativity Records). Upon Sheehan's decision join David Lee Roth (followed by Mr. Big), Phil relocated to Canada to front Gold Mountain recording act CONEY HATCH, replacing vocalist Carl Dixon for a summer tour. Phil has written songs for Canadian rocker Lee Aaron's multi-platinum “Body Rock” and KISS' Peter Criss' '95 release “Cat #1” including “The Works” and “Wall of Silence” both on A & M Records and the ”Cell Mates” on Scotti Bros. Records. Phil also wrote a song in the Paramount Pictures movie “To Protect And Serve” and has worked with No Exit Productions Films and Terror Zone Film Productions. Phil has worked in the studio with such producers as Eddie Kramer & Tom Lord Alge

Formed in 1992, NARO's immediate chemistry led to the writing & demo-ing of many strong new songs which garnered enthusiastic responses from audiences where ever they played and recognition from several inluential indutrsy figures. Naro is not simply a new project; it has been Phil's foremost devotion to his career while attending other commitments. Naro is what you might call the 'light at the end of the tunnel.' It's a culmination of years of dedication to his own creativity and style, the light being the CD release of “Press Play” on Interplanet Music. Naro has recently signed a new deal with H&H Music and Film Works for both a Naro release and a side parody project in which Phil writes and sings, “Long Tom & The Dusty Danglers”. And now Phil begins yet another project by the name of “Blood Red Flower”.

Naro has three tracks on BALLBUSTER Hard Report's “BALL ONE” CD. One “Press Play” & a new one, plus a collaboration with ballbustin' guitar rocker and BALLBUSTER Editor-In-Chief David LaDuke, on the lead-off track, “Psychedelic Sandwich.” Naro has been getting a spectacular response from fans, radio stations, magazines and newspapers around the globe. The reaction in Europe has been monumental where the song “No More Cruel World” has hit the charts in Greece, Germany, Japan, U.K. and Holland. Check out the new songs “The Jokes On You,” track #5, “Behold The Pale White Horse,” track #16 . “Turtle & The Pirate” can be heard at the very end of the “BallBuster Blowout Blitz” track #19.
